In 2018, we responded actively to the national call of 'promoting high-quality development of the manufacturing industry', we imported advanced Italian production technology, cooperated with top domestic equipment maintenance team, and built the most advanced ceiling grid production line in China, thus, the mold accuracy has reached up to 0.001mm level and the product precision has been greatly improved. As a result, the automation degree has reached top level in China. Hence, labor costs were greatly saved, and products quality were improved to an extreme.

Our factory covers an area of 50,000 square meters, and is still in the process of expansion. Our factory is equipped with nearly 100 production lines. Thanks to the automation improvement, the number of operators has been greatly reduced and the process were further optimized, and the size of technical teams were expanded. Thus, in 2018, the total production amount has reached 30,000,000 square meters.
