A: Provide CAD drawings or samples. We create forms and drawings for your confirmation. After approval, pay for new molds. Test samples are sent for approval before mass production. For regular-sized molds, mold costs are refunded when orders reach 5 tons. Molds are ours.
A: Sign agreement and provide brand authorization. We'll produce customized products and package them with your brand as required.
A: Goods are accepted within 15 days if no issues. Report quality problems with pictures and quantity. We'll confirm reasons and discuss reparations if it's our fault.
A: 100% T/T for new molds. FOB China port, 30% deposit, 70% balance before loading.
